After receiving top-notch training with Paul Poiret, one of the greatest French couturiers of the early 20th century, Robert Piguet began his career in the highly coveted fashion world. In the 1930s, he was already dressing the biggest stars of the time and had a knack for spotting promising designers... Including Christian Dior and Hubert de Givenchy. He set up his workshop in Paris and became an icon in the fashion capital. Everyone rushed to his boutique, located in a famous Parisian mansion, to discover his new pieces.

With this success, Robert Piguet was able to escape a destiny that was almost predetermined for him. Son of notable citizens from Yverdon, he was destined to take up the family mantle. However, it was Parisian chic and elegance that he strived to represent throughout his life. In 1953, at the age of 55, Robert Piguet died in the utmost discretion. He left behind legendary creations and exceptional perfumes.

This is why Robert Piguet's brand image was primarily the business of celebrities of the time, including Colette, Cocteau, Piaf, and many others. But time passes and the fashion and perfume industry had to adapt to changes. The brand therefore chose to call upon a famous face to represent one of its most iconic perfumes.
