Expedition of your parcel

Parcels are shipped within 48 hours after payment. The standard shipment mode is Colissimo with tracking and delivery without signature. An additional fee is charged for delivery with signature. Please contact us! Whatever the shipment mode chosen, we will provide you a link as soon as possible to enable an online tracking of the delivery of your parcel.

A shipment fee is charged for packaging, handling and postal cost. Part of the fee may be fixed and the other variable depending on the cost or weight of your parcel. You are advised to merge your orders together to constitute only one. It is not our responsibility to merge two orders and you will be charged separately for the expedition of each. Your product is shipped at your own risk. We pay special attention to parcels containing fragile goods.
