Prada, an Italian family business
For several years, many firms have been working to create perfume models, each more interesting than the last. Among the brands that have established themselves in this sector, we undoubtedly have the Prada brand, which is also a luxury brand. Currently, it has positioned itself as one of the best in the market. However, this has not always been the case.
We all know that the greatest successes always have a story filled with twists and turns, which ultimately lead to a happy ending. Prada is first and foremost an Italian family business. It was founded in 1913 by Mario Prada and his brother Martino under the name Fratelli Prada. At the time, as you can imagine, it was not a company like what we know today. Their specialty was leather goods.
Thus, using leather, they manufactured useful objects such as bags, wallets, purses, belts, jewelry, to name just a few. Their products were of almost impeccable quality. This, without a doubt, earned them a very good reputation even back then: although they were not as famous as today, most of their clients were also among the wealthy.
