We recommend applying the perfume in areas that are not too exposed during the day, such as on your neck, behind your ears, on your wrists, and between your breasts. For a longer-lasting effect, you can also layer your fragrance with the matching shower gel, body lotion, after-shave, and other products from the same perfume range.

It is important that you keep your perfume away from direct sunlight and extreme heat. Your perfume will last longer if it is kept in a cool, dry place. If you do not intend to use it for some time, you can place the bottle in a plastic bag and store it in the refrigerator, which will help extend its life.

If your order is damaged when it arrives, please e-mail our Customer Service department immediately so that we can file a claim with the carrier. We ask that you please keep the original packaging and content of the order for a period of ten working days following notification. You will then have the choice of having your order refunded or exchanged.

This is indeed mentioned in our terms and conditions and in the shipping confirmation email, but does remain exceptional.

We will then immediately refund the amount paid as per the initial transaction and this will appear in your bank account within 72 hrs.

You can track your order thanks to the tracking number that you received in the confirmation e-mail at the time of ordering. Delivery normally takes around ten days but your order may sometimes take longer, depending on the carrier. If you still haven't received your order within a month, it is important that you contact us using the contact form below. We can then file a claim against the carrier and refund your order or send it again.

The additional amount corresponds to bank charges that your bank may levy when a payment is made in a foreign currency.

However, and as you are obviously aware, you paid the total amount for your order in euros. Your bank has therefore incorrectly debited this amount and you should contact them to arrange for a refund.
